RECRUITER TRAINING PART 2

 1. First, check Zoho – Before doing anything, look in Zoho to see if the driver is already there. If they are, check if another recruiter is working with them.

2. If the driver is NOT in Zoho – Add them fast and tag yourself. Tagging yourself is the most important step! Saving the app with your name is good, but if you don’t tag yourself, someone else might take the driver.

3. Where do drivers apply? – Drivers apply through our ads in Tenstreet and some of the Breezy ads. If a driver’s app is in the Website Apply folder and you check Zoho at the same time, but they’re already in Zoho, it probably means:

• The driver applied to multiple ads.
• Another recruiter saw them first, added them to Zoho, and tagged themselves.

4. Job Matching in Zoho – Once you add a driver to Zoho, job match them to the jobs we have open.

• Make sure you’re using the DLS OPEN JOBS section.
• Filter by the driver’s state to see jobs near them.
• Call the driver and ask what they’re looking for: Regional, OTR, or Local.

Bottom line: Always check Zoho first, move fast, tag yourself, and match drivers to the right jobs!
