LEARING THE 6 STAGES OF THE RECRUITING PROCESS
STAGE 1 - Choose The Jobs You Want to Recruit For
We will look over some of the jobs together and I'll teach you how to find open jobs.

STAGE 2 - Post Ads then Call on Drivers in Zoho
I'll show you where to find all the drivers that are still needing help and new candidates that recently applied.
STAGE 3 - What to do when Drivers Start Rolling in
I'll show you where to go look for your new applications and how to save them to be able to update them later.
Adding Your Driver to Zoho
This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! Be sure you add your driver to Zoho as soon as they apply and Tag them with your name. The first recruiter to add them gets the driver no matter who's ad they applied to. We want to make sure these drivers are getting a call back ASAP.

You can upload a driver with either their resume or their application :)
STAGE 4 - Making the Calls & Pitching the Jobs
I'll let you hear my pitch and how I present the job but ultimately make this your own spiel! ;)
In case your driver doesn't want the job they applied for or they don't qualify, I will show you how to look up other jobs.
STAGE 5 - Once You Have the Driver's App & Docs Req
Since Silver subscribers don't have access to Tenstreet, they will need to do their edits directly onto the PDF Application they download from the Apps In Folder. Once you upload to PDFescape you can edit and save the changes and upload the app to your Driver's Zoho Profile.
